Should you wish to check your IT support request history in ITSS’s web based help desk software WebHelpDesk you can do so by following these instructions;


  • Enter your YNET or YESNet username and password
  • Once logged in you will see this screen:


  • This page allows you to enter a new support request. Alternatively you can go here:, email or phone 667-8535
  • You can check your ticket history here by clicking on the “History” button;
  • You will be presented with this screen:



  • Some buttons aren’t functional (noted in each diagram above)
  • You do NOT have to access or use this ticket system – ITSS has other options to submit support requests.
